I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

It happens! Just email us as soon as possible, and we will make amendments. However, we can't change it if is already processed to be shipped or has been shipped out. We suggest you make arrangements with your local Post Office to redirect the item to you if possible.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

It is possible to cancel in 24 hours after order placed. After that, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

Putting our concerns on the table:

  1. “I do not want the item anymore” - please make sure you want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after.
  2. “ Its cheaper to buy from others” please ensure that you are ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.

I have multiple items in my order. Why did I only receive one?

We sometimes use different distribution channels to fulfill the order. Because of this, your items will be shipped separately. No worries! Other items may be on their way. We suggest you contact us for an update.

I ordered an item but haven’t received a confirmation email.

There are many online email providers whose SPAM filter are pretty high.  Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation ended up in there. Or you may send us an email. The message may not have gone through successfully.

 

When I enter my tracking number, it says “tracking number doesn’t exist”?

It usually takes 5-10 days to start track your order because of the processing and internal delivery in our supplier's country. When that happens, just shoot us a message and we will try our best to give you an update on our end

My order still hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks. What the hold up?

Uncertainties sometimes happen during shipping which we cannot control. If this happens, we will appreciate if you will contact us first and we will try our best to resolve concerns.
